What are my Payment Options?
* You can send us a check (net 15) or call in and give
us your Credit Card number (MC/Visa)
Order Confirmation
Once you placed your order, you should receive an email confirmation notice
within 24 hours. If you did not receive one, give us a call during business hours and
we will ensure that you order is being handled properly.
Can I Cancel my Order?
Yes, orders may be canceled, but only before the order has been delivered
or shipped. For delivered products, a small delivery fee may be charged.

How Much will it Cost to Ship?
We will strive to find the cheapest carriers for your order so that your
order reaches you in a timely manner.
When will I receive my Order?
As our products are shipped directly from the factory, lead times vary. Items in stock will be delivered immediately (48-72 hours). Items not in stock can take up to 2 weeks lead time.
PAYMENT
* In an instance where the customer has an open account with EcoDallas,
payment is due 15 days after the date of invoice. The customer is required to pay for
products received, but not for products that are on backorder.
* Delinquent accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest fee and the
customer will be responsible for legal and collection fees.
* Jurisdiction for all legal issues will be the court system of the State
