What is Bagasse?
Bagasse (sometimes spelled bagass) is the biomass remaining after sugarcane stalks are
crushed to extract their juice. When the bagasse is subjected to high pressure &
temperature it can be molded into plates, bowls, cups, take out containers, trays etc.
